The “Come Away With Me” voucher includes one overnight stay for two, breakfast for two, one bottle of Prosecco and one Melt Chocolatier gift box of 18 chocolates; city tax is not included unless explicitly stated and is payable by the guest on departure. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash equivalent, may not be resold, and must be treated as cash; the hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused vouchers. If the total value of the booking exceeds the voucher/package value, the difference must be paid by the guest at the time of booking and/or on departure (as applicable), and if the full voucher value/package is not used in one stay, any remaining balance or unused elements are forfeited and cannot be credited, refunded or transferred to another stay.
